GCDC

Hey! I have found the gluten-free grilled cheese jackpot. GCDC or Grilled Cheese D.C. is amazing. They have gluten-free bread provided by a local all gluten-free bakery, Rise Bakery, and it is so yummy. I designed my own grilled cheese with gooey cheddar, sliced ham, and mushrooms (not everyone's cup of tea but I LOVE them). This is one of my favorite restaurant finds. It was not only delicious, but they were very knowledgeable and good at preparing my sandwich with no cross contamination. They change their gloves and use different areas to prep, not to mention their tater tots are gluten-free which was a huge plus. I will be going back to GCDC and enjoying more of their amazing gluten-free grilled cheese!
