Hello! Welcome to Gluten-Free, Yes Please! My name is Frances and my goal is to help people find delicious gluten free eats. Gluten-free doesn’t have to mean bland and boring, so I will find the best there is to offer. I will be navigating the gluten-free world of Washington, D.C. and the surrounding areas (as well as some possible surprise location cameos). Having Celiac Disease myself, I know how hard it can be to find a restaurant that understands the danger of cross-contamination, so a portion of my blog posts will be dedicated to discussing the restaurants preparation tactics and their knowledge of how to minimize cross-contamination.
