Oath Pizza
Hey guys! I LOVE pizza, but gluten-free people know how hard it is to find a decent crust. I recently found Oath Pizza in Mosaic District, but it is a chain with nine locations. I went in looking for a quick bite and they did not disappoint. The pizza is done in about five minutes! They have amazing signature pizzas, my favorite being the Muffled Trushroom, or you can make your own. The pizza’s are all 11” crusts, even the gluten-free, but you can order half a pizza if you are not as hungry. When I talked to them about how they prepare gluten-free for Celiac, they were very knowledgeable. They informed my they use different utensils and cookware for “allergy pizzas”. They also told my they use Udi’s crust, which is a personal favorite of mine. I am now in love with this pizza place, I went twice in the last two weeks. It is so fast and so good I just can’t resist a good pizza! It is also not too hard on the wallet, one whole 11” specialty pizza cost me about 13 dollars in total, money well spent. Being an impatient person, they short wait time is also a huge bonus for me, the faster I get to enjoy my pizza, the happier I am! I would totally recommend trying this out! Below is the classic pepperoni pizza and The David (Balsamic, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms, sweet Italian sausage, ricotta, fresh basil)
